These devices affixed to the film circuit by adhesive, with the contacts on the upper surface and connected by very fine gold (Ø 17,5÷50µm) wires, using microwelding processes (bonding).
The thick film circuit can be mounted in hermetically sealeable, ceramic or metal packages. |
